It is with great sadness that I announce my beloved brother Bill has passed away on February 7, 2026, in Surrey Memorial Hospital in his 83rd year of life. He was a kind-hearted, likable and a friendly person who liked to talk to people. Some of his favorite things were dogs, Tim Horton’s coffee, trucks, walking, and visiting different malls and parks. He enjoyed collecting and wearing many different hats. Bill was a professional truck driver for many years. He loved artwork and had nothing less than A’s in art class all through school. He was especially talented at painting landscape pictures. Bill also personally knew Robert Bateman plus other famous artists. Bill will be sadly missed by his brother Rob, nephew Darren, niece Breanna, great-niece Sophia and special long-time friend Collett as well as many other friends. There will be a celebration of life for Bill in the summer. The family would like to thank the nurses at Surrey Memorial for taking such good care of him.
