NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – The Minnesota Timberwolves will host the New Orleans Pelicans on Sunday, April 12, at 7:30 p.m. CT at Target Center in the regular-season finale for both teams.
Minnesota is averaging 117.8 points per game, slightly higher than New Orleans at 115.4. The Timberwolves also hold the edge in field goal and 3-point shooting, while the Pelicans have been stronger at the free-throw line.
The all-time series is nearly even, with New Orleans leading 41-40, adding to what is expected to be a close matchup.
With similar numbers and the season coming to an end, the game could come down to the final minutes.
