A section of a major road in Hampshire has been closed overnight after a multi-vehicle crash caused an oil spill.
The westbound carriageway of the A303, near Andover, remains shut following the crash between Quarley and Shipton Bellinger at about 12:30 BST on Saturday. The eastbound carriageway reopened at about 16:00.
The crash caused a “significant fuel and oil spillage, which resulted in damage to the road surface, which now requires resurfacing”, National Highways said.

It said it expected the road to remain closed until Sunday evening.
Some motorists remained stationary for more than four hours following the incident, with National Highways assisting those caught within the closure to leave the area by turning around.
Emergency services including an air ambulance attended the scene.
Diversions are in place.
