Calgary police are investigating an early-hour shooting that took place outside of a casino in northeast Calgary on Sunday that sent one person to hospital.
At approximately 2:30 a.m., CPS responded to reports of a shooting in the ACE Casino parking lot along 40 Aero Crescent N.E.
Offenders fled the scene before police arrived, and one man was transported to the Peter Lougheed Centre by an unknown person, where he remains in stable condition.

No one is in custody at this time. Police believe the shooting was targeted and that there is no active risk to the public.
