Police in Orillia have charged two men including one from Brampton after two fires were set at the same subdivision.
The OPP says the fires happened between Jan. 20 and Feb. 10 in a new subdivision off of Bass Lake Side Road in Oro-Medonte, around 20 kilometres southwest of Orillia.
Both of the fires were safely contained, and police say there were no reported injuries.
Police say an investigation has led to two arrests, including a suspect from Brampton.
The OPP says Harminder Sandhar, 40, of Kitchener, and Dikshant Goyal, 22, of Brampton, have been charged with two counts each of arson – damage to property.
