Designed by Tom Fazio in 1991, Porter’s Neck Country Club is a premier private championship course that captures the quiet elegance of coastal North Carolina. The layout is celebrated for its traditional parkland character and is isolated from the residential pockets that surround it. The course underwent a significant enhancement in recent years to install Champion Ultra-dwarf Bermuda greens, which provide a fast, firm, and tour-quality putting surface year-round.
Â
Consistently ranked among the top coastal courses in the state and a frequent host for Carolinas Golf Association championships, the club offers a refined playing experience that balances scenic beauty with a tactical, high-stakes layout. The course is a Par 72 that stretches to a demanding 7,132 yards from the championship Gold tees, carrying a course rating of 74.9 and a slope of 140.
