PFL Belfast makes its way to television screens across the globe this Thursday, headlined by an exciting lightweight matchup between Darragh Kelly and Jay-Jay Wilson in the PFL Belfast main event. Undefeated at 9-0, Kelly has seldom faced much adversity as a professional, as proven by his extensive eight-bout win streak inside both the Bellator and PFL SmartCage. A product of the famed SBG (Straight Blast Gym) Ireland, “The Moville Mauler” is set to showcase his talents in his first major main event in PFL Belfast on Thursday.
As far as promising mixed martial arts prospects go, Wilson stands as a fighter to keep one’s eyes on. Fighting almost solely in Bellator and the PFL, “The Māori Kid” has only tasted defeat to the unblemished Archie Colgan and former promotional champion Gadzhi Rabadanov. In what is shaping up to be his most entertaining scrap yet, fans will undoubtedly be treated to a fun match as the New Zealander looks to announce himself as a future contender.
PFL Belfast Co-Main Event
Having previously competed in the UFC across two separate stints, McKee has tested himself against some of the most elite opposition on the planet. Stepping back into the international spotlight, “Skeletor” is aiming to make a splash in his PFL debut with a phenomenal performance.
For much of his time as a fighter, Lohoré has fought under a few of the largest organizations in the business, such as KSW (Konfrontacja Sztuk Walki) and Bellator. Owner of over 40 fights as a professional, “Da Killa King” is on a mission to bring a victory back with him to France over the defending Irish hero, McKee.
