Police are searching for a male suspect after a woman was sexually assaulted in Brampton earlier this month.
The incident happened around 9:30 p.m. on April 11 in the green space near Airport Road and Bovaird Drive in Brampton, Peel Regional Police say.
That’s when investigators say a female victim was approached from behind and sexually assaulted by a male suspect.
Officers say the victim was able to escape and contacted police.
The suspect is described as an approximately 30 year old South Asian male standing approximately 6 feet tall with short facial hair and a medium build. He was reported to have an accent and was wearing a grey hoodie and dark-coloured pants.
