Two homes were struck by gunfire overnight in Brampton.

The incident happened in the Peter Robertson Boulevard and Hickorybush Avenue area, northeast of Dixie Road and Bovaird Drive, at 3:35 a.m. on Tuesday, Peel Regional Police said.

Two residences were struck in what appears to be a targeted incident, police said.

No physical injuries were reported.

The suspect or suspects fled the area, police said.

The incident comes amid reports that four tow trucks set on fire at three different houses overnight.
