A fire at a Brampton home has sent two people to the hospital.
Reports indicate the fire broke out around 11 p.m. last night (April 23) on Huntspoint Drive, located near Cottrelle Boulevard and McVeen Drive, in the northeast part of the city.
Emergency responders said one person was taken to the hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening condition.
A second person was treated at the hospital for precautionary reasons.
The fire was quickly brought under control once firefighters arrived.
The cause is still under investigation.
