Our Homicide Unit has charged a second man in relation to a fatal assault that occurred last month in the southeast community of Ogden.
The suspect, who was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for second-degree murder, was located in Langley B.C., and arrested by the RCMP after attempting to flee from officers.
As a result, Tethloach WAWU, 24, is charged with one count of second-degree murder.
WAWU will next appear in court on Monday, April 27, 2026.
This is believed to be a domestic-related incident and there is no threat to public safety.
