David Thomas advanced to the next round following a three-set victory over David Gravier. Thomas won the opening set 6–2 before Gravier leveled the match with a 6–3 win in the second set. In the deciding set, Thomas secured a break of serve to finish the match 6–2, 3–6, 6–3.
In other A Division action, Chris Weeks defeated Jadon Spriggs in straight sets. Weeks won the first set 6–0 and concluded the match with a 6–1 victory in the second set.
Caitlin Conyers earned her first points of the round-robin stage with a victory over Ella Metschnabel. Conyers won the match 6–3, 6–3, maintaining consistency from the baseline to overcome resistance from Metschnabel.
Kelljon Evans progressed in the tournament after defeating Paul Byrne. Evans won the first set 6–1. Byrne contested the second set closely, but Evans secured the win with a 7–5 result in the second frame, ending the match 6–1, 7–5.
