The Edmonton Elks selected the University of Alberta’s Carter Kettlye as their third round, 21st overall pick.
The 6’1″ wide receiver from Grovedale won’t have to get used to new colours on the field after playing 22 games over four years with the Golden Bears; in which he recorded 101 receptions for 1,695 yards and 17 touchdowns.
