The most expensive home sold for just over $4 million in Mississauga in April.

In a tough real estate market for buyers, the average home price was $966,615 in Mississauga, according to the March real estate report. This is below the average of just over $1 million in March 2025.

The priciest homes aren’t selling for top dollar either.

All the homes on real estate brokerage Zoocasa’s list of most expensive homes sold for under the asking price in Mississauga.

Here is Zoocasa’s list of the five most expensive homes sold in Mississauga in April:

This six-bedroom home in Mineola sits on a fully fenced lot and offers approximately 5,905 square feet of living space. Features include white oak hardwood flooring, a concrete feature wall and electric fireplace in the family room, a spacious backyard and deck, home gym and bar.

This place sold for $2,945,000 under the $3,299,850 list price.

This three-bedroom condo unit offers direct views of Lake Ontario in Port Credit. The residence features 2,560 square feet of living space, two terraces, a pantry wall, high-end appliances, a five-piece ensuite bathroom for the primary bedroom, upgraded ensuites bathrooms for the two other bedrooms and a laundry room.

This place sold for $3,000,000, under the $3,099,900 list price.

1340 Northaven Dr.

This brand new five-bedroom home in Mineola offers approximately 3,600 square feet of living space. Features include an open concept floor plan, hardwood flooring, pot lights, a wine fridge, a main floor office, a mud room, a recreation room with a fireplace in the basement, a stone patio, an outdoor fireplace and an in-ground pool.

This place sold for $3,330,000, under the $3,798,000 list price.

This place sold for $3,700,000, under the $3,999,900 list price.

This four-bedroom home, designed by David Small & Mello Design Group, offers over 7,300 square feet of living space in Whiteoaks of Jalna. This home sold for $4,100,000, under the $4,450,000 list price.
