A 59-year-old man is facing several charges after multiple health-care workers were sexually assaulted and threatened at Winnipeg’s Grace Hospital earlier this week.
Winnipeg police said in a news release that a man was acting aggressively and making sexually inappropriate comments to staff while he was at the hospital for care between Thursday and Friday.
His behavior escalated and hospital security put him into restraints, the release said.
Police said two health-care workers were sexually assaulted while helping the man. One of the workers had her clothes ripped when the man tried to bite her.
