KAMLOOPS — WildSafe BC has issued a public safety notice after cougar sightings reported in the West Juniper and Rose Hill areas.
WildSafe officials said spotting wild animals can be common in those areas.
“These locations are known wildlife corridors and occasional cougar sightings can occur as animals move through the region,” said WildSafe.
