We have an interesting development coming out of Minnesota, as 23-year-old forward Marco Rossi is reportedly on track to refuse to report to camp.

There are numerous rumors to that effect.

That makes two very realistic options for Kent Hughes if he wants to acquire a second-line center on the trade market.

Well, we can clearly add Rossi’s name to the list of centers openly available on the trade market.

That makes this situation even more interesting!

Rossi’s days in Minnesota really do seem to be numbered, and it will be interesting to follow.

Marco Rossi, 23 years old, is a 5-foot-9, 182-pound center who was the 9th overall pick in 2020 (1st round) and who collected 60 points with the Wild last season.

Personally, he wouldn’t be my number one choice, but it will obviously depend on the price to pay.
