It’s not Pink Floyd, but it could just be the closest thing to.

BRIT FLOYD, a Pink Floyd experience, is coming to the South Okanagan Events Centre (SOEC) in Penticton on Oct. 23.

According to Rolling Stone, the band is widely recognized as the “world’s premier” tribute to the legendary British rockers.

Its upcoming Penticton show is part of The Moon, The Wall, and Beyond world tour.

The tour first launched earlier this year in Canada before wrapping in Florida on March 29. But now, the band is returning for additional dates.

The Penticton show will celebrate two of rock’s most iconic records, The Wall and The Dark Side of the Moon, featuring a full track-by-track performance of the latter.

“Audiences can also expect a selection of fan favourites spanning Pink Floyd’s catalog, including Wish You Were Here and Animals,” a media release shared by the SOEC reads.

BRIT FLOYD was formed in the U.K. in 2011.

Tickets for the Penticton show go on sale Friday, May 8, at 10 a.m. Grab your tickets at valleyfirsttix.com, or at the SOEC box office.
