Middleweight Cutler has signed with Zuffa Boxing and he will take on an opponent yet to be named at the Zuffa Boxing 07 card at the BIC.
The card is headlined by hometown hero Billam-Smith in a pair of cruiserweight battles, as he takes on Canadian Ryan Rozicki.
The British co-feature will see Jack Massey and Cheavon Clarke meet in a 10-round clash.
Cutler is 10-0 when fighting in Bournemouth, with an overall record of 15-2 with seven KOs.

He won his English super welterweight title against Kingsley Egbunike at the BIC in 2023. He took an impressive decision victory over Stephen McKenna, before his eight-fight winning streak came to an end last April against Sam Eggington in a tight decision loss.
The card at the BIC will be broadcast on Sky Sports, and fans can register now for tickets, with those who have registered interest early able to buy tickets today.
Otherwise, tickets go on sale tomorrow.
