Calgary police say a 71-year-old person who had been reported missing from northeast Calgary has been located.

Police had previously asked for the public’s help after the person was reported missing from the Taradale area on Tuesday, April 28.
Investigators later said they believed the person may have travelled on foot east of Calgary toward the Conrich area after officers traced their movements and spoke with witnesses.
Police had asked people living east of Calgary near Township Road 252 and Range Road 282 to check their properties as part of the search.
In an update, Calgary Police Service said the person had been located.
“We thank the public and the media for their assistance,” police stated in the update.
