East Kamloops residents impacted by water main break now asked to halt water use

UPDATE (9:00 a.m.): The city says non-potable water will be available for residents in eastern Kamloops neighbourhoods who are impacted by the water main break.

The non-potable water will be available at:

BC Wildlife Park — 9077 Dallas Dr.
Valleyview Arena — 353 Highland Rd.
Juniper Park — 2150 Qu’appelle Blvd.
Dallas Park — 5998 Todd Hill Cresc.
Todd Hill Park — 2660 Todd Rd.
Rose Hill Park — 1335 Rose Hill Rd.

Non-potable water is meant for bathing, toilet use and other non-consumption purposes. The city adds that Emergency Support Services will also be onsite to provide bottled drinking water.
