Angel Reese was sensational for the Atlanta Dream once again, helping the team secure a 77-72 victory over the Dallas Wings on Tuesday. The 24-year-old forward recorded 12 points and a game-high 16 rebounds, along with two assists, one steal and one block.
The Dream star also drew plenty of attention during the contest, as she constantly dominated in the paint and taunted the Wings. Reese was seen doing the “too small” gesture toward Dallas players while also engaging with the home fans booing her.

Prior to the game, however, Reese turned plenty of heads for a more heartwarming reason. When she was asked about Wings rookie Azzi Fudd, who scored just three points in her first game for Dallas, Reese was full of support for her.
Reese also offered some advice for Fudd, who entered the league with high expectations as the No. 1 pick in the 2026 WNBA Draft.

“Giving yourself grace,” Reese said of Fudd. “Being able to come in and soak everything up. This is not an easy league to come in. I mean, you’re coming in so fast.

“So, just being able to give yourself grace. It takes time to adjust, some faster than others. But I think she’s gonna continue to do a great job. Her shot obviously speaks for itself, and she’s one of the best shooters in this league. I think she’ll easily, seamlessly get into this league well,” Reese said.
Fans were quick to heap praise on Reese for her comments on Fudd, with many sharing how the Dream star always tries to uplift other players in the league.
