A male is dead after he suffered a workplace injury in Brampton on Friday evening, police say.
The incident happened on Advance Boulevard, near Dixie Road and Highway 407, according to Peel Regional Police. Officers were called to the area at about 6:40 p.m.
Police have taped off an area containing a CAA flatbed tow truck and a white cube van after the fatality.
The victim’s age has not been released and police have not said what led to the death.
Advance Boulevard is closed in both directions between Tomken and Dixie Roads as police investigate.
People are urged to avoid the area.
