LETTER: Nigel says thanks to the strangers who helped him in South Surrey

Editor,

On the morning of May 6th I was walking down 24th Avenue, next to Peninsula Village, stumbled and fell.

A number of people stopped to help me, and two young ladies in particular stayed with until an ambulance arrived, quite some time, insisted I remain seated, found something for me to sit on instead of the cold ground. One of them brought me orange juice and a muffin because I had not eaten anything this morning.

Ladies, I want you to know how much I appreciate your caring, I would love to thank you personally and let everyone know what good people you are.

Blessings,

Nigel Potts

(Editor’s note: The letter writer invites the helpers in question to reach out to him via the editor so that he can extend his thanks. Please email editor@peacearchnews.com if you were one of them.)
