Hamilton’s Toronto Rock won their seventh National Lacrosse League title with a 12-7 victory over the Halifax Thunderbirds Sunday night at the Scotiabank Centre in Halifax.
Goalie Nick Rose made 34 saves while Owen Hiltz and Chris Boushy scored three times each. The Rock’s Sam English was named playoff MVP.
