Someone in Alberta may be holding a $12.5-million LOTTO MAX ticket — and lottery officials say it was bought somewhere outside Calgary and Edmonton.

The Western Canada Lottery Corporation said a ticket purchased in Alberta won half of Tuesday night’s $25-million LOTTO MAX jackpot.

The other winning ticket was purchased somewhere in Quebec.

The winning numbers were 5, 15, 22, 24, 34, 37 and 49.

WCLC said the Alberta ticket matched all seven numbers exactly.

Winner has one year to claim prize

The winner, or winners, have one year to claim the prize.

WCLC said anyone who bought a ticket for Tuesday night’s LOTTO MAX draw should check it.

The winner can start the claim process by contacting Player Care at 1-800-665-3313.

Tickets can also be checked through the Lotto Spot app.
