The Brampton Library is adding even more extended study hall hours for students and readers in need of some quiet time due to popular demand.
The Brampton Library runs After-Hours Study Halls at select locations across the city, giving students a quiet place to study on Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.
But because of requests, the Brampton Library is adding more hours and days through the summer.
Starting next week, study halls at the at Gore Meadows, South Fletcher’s and Springdale branches will be offered from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Monday through Thursday, and from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
The Four Corners branch will not have the same extended hours, but will keep the regular After-Hours Study Hall hours on Saturdays and Sundays.
Studiers must register for their preferred sessions either in person at any branch, online through the calendar of events, or by telephone at 905-793-4636. Only one registration is permitted per library card per day and, once registered, space is available on a first-come-first-served basis until the room is full.
After-Hours Study Halls are open to Library card holders only. You can find out more about the Brampton Library’s After-Hours Study Halls and sign up for a free Brampton Library card by visiting www.BramptonLibrary.ca.
