Hamzah Sheeraz vs. Alem Begic

Round 1: Sheeraz is absolutely massive in there compared to Begic, as he lands a nasty double left hook and a right hand. I don’t think this will last very long, folks. Sheeraz with a jab, and another, and Sheeraz is just standing in front of his opponent with no fear of repercussion in any way. Two body shots and an uppercut from Sheeraz, then another pair of clean jabs. Big right hand from Sheeraz, and that jab is just landing at a near-perfect clip. Final 30 seconds and Sheeraz lands a nice combination, capped off with a left hook. Begic tries to throw a slew of body shots, Sheeraz lands one more left hand and the round ends. Easy 10-9 for the heavy favorite.

Round 2: Sheeraz’s corner said, ‘He’s literally not going to do anything to you,’ and he may be right. Sheeraz marching forward with jab, uppercut, another jab, right hook, and a flurry of punches. Sheeraz has Begic back against the ropes and lands three unanswered shots. Sheeraz actually stood in one spot, Begic moved forward, ran into Sheeraz and bounced backwards.

Nasty uppercut from Sheeraz and a right hook. Begic is in big trouble as Sheeraz as teeing off with absolutely no respect for Begic’s skills. Counter left from Sheeraz, another left hook, and a horrific body shot from Sheeraz drops Begic and it’s likely over. Begic can’t beat the count, and that’ll do it. As one-sided as a co-main event of a big card could ever be.
