An 83-year-old member at Sask Landing Golf Resort has recorded another rare feat.
Derek Colwell carded a hole-in-one on the second hole Saturday morning, marking the second ace of his career after previously accomplishing the feat in 2010.
Sask Landing Golf Resort says it is the first hole-in-one recorded at the course during the 2026 season.
Following the weekend, the course will be limited to back-nine rounds Monday and front-nine rounds Tuesday to accommodate maintenance work.
“Did you know aeration improves fertilizer absorption and stimulates deep root growth?” the course said in a Facebook post. “It is active growing season, so this is the best time for this work on our course to be done.”
