What a tremendous turn of events, and what a relief for Montreal Canadiens fans today.

Martin St-Louis makes major announcement regarding injury suffered by defenseman Lane Hutson last night in Carolina

It looked extremely serious.

Everything pointed toward a catastrophic scenario developing for the Montreal Canadiens in this Eastern Conference Final series, but now we are getting the best possible surprise this morning.

This would normally be a situation to monitor over the next few hours, because that is always what needs to be done when there is a significant injury, but in this case, everything indicates the situation is already – incredibly – resolved!

Lane Hutson will be at his position tomorrow night, and we have absolutely no indication that he could possibly be anything less than 100% healthy, which is great to see!

Hutson and the Canadiens will try to pick up the win in the next game, which will also be played at home!
