The Eastern Conference final between the Montreal Canadiens and Carolina Hurricanes changed venues to the Bell Centre for Game 3 on Monday night, with the road team picking up the 3-2 win in overtime.
The Hurricanes lead the best-of-seven series 2-1.

No shots once again for the Habs in overtime. Andrei Svechnikov ended it at 14:06 of overtime.
Third Period: Goal called back
Sebastian Aho was nearly the hero on a breakaway for the Canes, but Jakub Dobes closed up his pads and just kept the puck from sliding in.
Noah Dobson thought he’d scored his first of the playoffs, but Hurricanes coach Rod Brind’Amour successfully challenged that Cole Caufield was offside when he entered the zone.
Second Period: Habs tie it
Sean Walker cut inside and ran over Jakub Dobes, but the officials ended up giving out penalties to Walker and Jake Evans for retaliating.
After taking a knee from Taylor Hall in Game 2, it was expected Lane Hutson would be motivated tonight. He scored on the power play off a pass by Cole Caufield. Jakub Dobes got an assist as well. Tied 2-2
First Period: Habs outshot 15-5
Carolina regained the lead shortly after, with Taylor Hall jumping on a loose puck in front. Hurricanes 2-1
Mike Matheson from the top of the circle beat Frederik Andersen to even things. Tied 1-1
Carolina’s fourth line did more damage, winning the battle in the corner and getting the puck to an open Shayne Gostisbehere, who beat Jakub Dobes. 1-0 Hurricanes
Claude Lemieux joined the ranks for Cup-winning Habs to carry the torch in these playoffs.
