A major Vancouver intersection was temporarily blocked Wednesday morning after what police describe as an industrial accident.
The Vancouver Police Department says responded to the scene on Clark Drive near East 1st Avenue.
Emergency crews were blocking the right northbound lane on the north side of Clark Drive. As of 10 a.m., the lanes had cleared.
BC Emergency Health Services says paramedics treated one person who was transported to hospital in “serious but stable condition.”
A site on the northeast corner of the intersection is currently under construction.
