As a result of this investigation, a suspect and address of interest were identified.
On May 26, 2026, with the assistance of the Tactical Support Team (TST), the Major Crimes Unit executed a warrant on a residence in the 100 block of Stranmillis Avenue where the stolen play structure was located with the addition of a previously reported stolen recreational vehicle (RV). A man was subsequently taken into custody.
A 35-year-old man has been charged with Break Enter and Theft – Place x 2 and detained in custody.
