A young Black Bear was spotted roaming around an east Oshawa neighborhood Wednesday morning without a mama bear in sight.
Resident Jennifer Canning said she saw the bear in front of her home, near Ritson Road and Adelaide Avenue and close by the Harmony Creek valley lands, while putting out the garbage at about 6 a.m.
The Ministry of Natural Resources have been called.
