A fire in South Point Douglas shut down a busy route Monday morning.
The blaze broke out just before 5:30 a.m. in a home in the 1-99 block of Argyle Street.

Several fire crews battled the blaze, and as a result, northbound Disraeli Freeway was closed at Argyle Street. It has since been reopened.
There is no word on injuries or a cause at this time.
