The most expensive home sold for just over $4.2 million in Mississauga last month.
Home prices are down overall in the Greater Toronto Area.
The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board says the average selling price was down 4.6 per cent year-over-year to $1,069,700 in May, and the composite benchmark price, meant to represent the typical home, was down 6.7 per cent.
In Mississauga, the average selling price declined one per cent to $971,047, month-over-month. The average price was $1,040,979 in May 2025.
Those in the luxury real estate market are still paying top prices, but most homes are selling for under the list price, according to a report from real estate brokerage Zoocasa.

This home sold for $3,250,000, under the $3,475,000 list price.

This place sold for $3,500,000, under the $3,750,000 list price.

This place sold for $3,500,000, under the $3,998,800 list price.

This seven-bedroom home is the most expensive place sold last month in Mississauga. The home sits on over a half acre and boasts 12,321 square feet of living space. Features include an indoor swimming pool, two-sided fireplaces in the primary bedroom and living and dining rooms, a breakfast area with a walk out to a sundeck, a sauna and a wet bar.
This place sold for $4,250,000, under the $4,899,000 list price.
