Touchdown Kelowna finalizes roster of events ahead of week-long festival

The BC Lions and the City of Kelowna have shared the final roster for the Touchdown Kelowna Festival, including two regular-season games, watch parties, post-game concerts and more.
The Lions organization said the festival is jam-packed with events that will keep the football momentum alive from start to finish.
These additional festivities kick off on Saturday, June 27 at Waterfront Park with a BC Lions Watch Party, followed by the Johnson Meier Insurance Post-Game Concert featuring local artists.
Sunday, June 28 kicks off two of three community football events at Kelowna Senior Secondary (KSS), including a Kids Combine and Quarterback Clinic for young football players who want a taste of the CFL scouting experience.
KSS will host another event on June 28, with the Touchdown Kelowna Play with the Pros event, where youth participate in a non-contact skills clinic hosted by professionals.
This will be followed up on June 30, with Women’s Flag Football, where girls aged 12 and up can enjoy an evening of drills and scrimmaging with professional football players.
Touchdown Kelowna will also host a World Soccer Watch Party on July 2 at the stage of Waterfront Park, followed by another BC Lions Watch Party and post-game concert on July 4.
Other events include the Boots and Beach concert and the Flip Flop Gala.
