The Medicine Hat Tennis Club hosted the South Country Co-op Doubles Showdown over the weekend.
The men’s open championship was won by Mason and Calvin Heller, who defeated Trevor Riddell and Mike Fentabil 6-3, 6-3.
The third-place contest went to Riley Danroth and Jordan Schibler over Chris Friesen and Geoff Paulgaard, 4-6, 6-2, 6-2.
In the men’s B side, Marco Yip and Sam Chekabab defeated Peter O’Driscoll and Kerry McDowell 6-1, 6-7, 6-1.
