In a tragic incident in Mississauga, a 46-year-old man is wanted by Peel Regional Police in connection with the deaths of his elderly parents. The unsettling event unfolded on Thursday night in a residence near Hurontario Street and Lakeshore Road. Police were alerted to the scene shortly after 7 p. m. following an assault call. Upon arrival, officers discovered a man and woman in their 70s with life-threatening injuries.
Despite the efforts of paramedics, both victims were later pronounced dead at the hospital. The suspect, identified as Jordan Sangwin, the son of the deceased, is considered armed and dangerous. Authorities have not disclosed the cause of death but confirmed that no firearms were involved in the crime. Police have released an image of Sangwin from a previous encounter, urging the public not to approach him but to call 911 if spotted.
While the investigation is ongoing, officials reassured the community that there is no immediate threat to the public. The police are encouraging Sangwin to turn himself in and seek legal assistance.

Your Rights and Options
