The MMA (MMA) competition TFC 22 will be held on Saturday, July 11 at the Good Prime Sports Mall in Gimpo, Gyeonggi-do. A total of eight games, including three undercard games from 4:30 p.m. and five main cards after 6 p.m.

TFC 22 will be broadcast live on YouTube channel TFC Korea MMA. The 5 minute×3 round heavyweight (-120kg) match between Korean Top Team Jung Down (33) and Michael Groguier (33, France/Côte d’Ivoire) will be responsible for the main event, that is, the last match.

Jung Daun made his debut as the 17th fighter of the Korean UFC in August 2019. Every time he played as the first and still only UFC light heavyweight (93kg), he changed the history of mixed martial arts.

Michael Groguier, who praised Jung-down as “Korea’s best mixed martial arts fighter,” said, “It’s going to be a tough fight, but I’m very excited to face off in the cage.” He revealed how he prepared for the TFC 22 main event against the strongman.

Michael Groguier recorded one win and two losses in the PFL heavyweight division between 2024 and 2025. As of June 16, 2026 (Korea Standard Time), UFC and PFL are the only organizations with more than 300 “Fight Matrix” world rankings and their average world ranking in the top 260.

The standard of professional competition is 73.3 percent for KO and 66.7 percent for Michael Groguier. Groguier said, “I’ll give you a really fun game. Don’t miss it because KO will definitely come out,” he confidently recommended watching TFC 22 on-site and watching live.

It is a TFC that has produced 16 UFC fighters, including Jeong Da-woon. Michael Groguier said, “I’m honored to have the opportunity to compete in TFC,” and did not forget to respect the history and tradition of the mixed martial arts group he will compete in.
