Along with the rubber-burning action of Sunday’s Toyota/Save Mart 350, NASCAR weekend at Sonoma Raceway will offer off-track entertainment for fans, including a meet-and-greet with former pro wrestlers turned podcasters Nikki and Brie Garcia, a concert by country music star Tim Dugger and an air show.
Nikki and Brie Garcia kick off the fun with a live recording of their popular podcast, “The Nikki & Brie Show,” on the Speedway Experience with Cracker Barrel Stage in the raceway’s fan zone Saturday at 10:30 a.m., followed by a meet-and-greet and a sampling of selections from their Bonita Bonita wine label at 11:30 a.m.
Formerly known as the Bella Twins during their time as stars of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and the reality TV series “Total Divas” and “Total Bellas,” the sisters retired from WWE in 2023 and announced they would begin using their birth name, Garcia, professionally. As part of their next chapter, the two sisters, who both moved from Arizona to Napa Valley in 2020, now host a podcast about motherhood, sisterhood and entrepreneurship, releasing new episodes twice a week.
Additional offerings in the fan zone include The Bay Golf Club’s Dryvebox golf simulator, which offers opportunities to win prizes, as well as meet-and-greet and autograph sessions with popular NASCAR drivers, including Ricky Stenhouse Jr. on Friday, Harrison Burton on Saturday and Ross Chastain along with former driver and racing commentator Michael Waltrip on Sunday.
Other entertainment options include the Farm to Finish Line event on Saturday, which will honor California’s agricultural heritage with local farmer and rancher booths, agricultural education displays, giveaways and educational speakers.
For those camping at the track, Alabama-based Tim Dugger, known for the hit song “Man Upstairs,” will return to the raceway for the third consecutive year to perform after Saturday’s Pit Boss/FoodMaxx 250 race during the free Camper Appreciation Party, which also includes yard games, free beer, Coca-Cola products and giveaways for campers only.
Other artists scheduled to perform include rhythmic Bay Area rockers Mike Annuzzi Band on Sunday at 11:30 a.m. and DJ Mortay, spinning high-energy hits throughout the weekend.
Before Sunday’s afternoon race, the Patriots Jet Team will stage a 25-minute aerial show featuring choreographed aerobatic maneuvers including the team’s signature “Tail Slide,” in which the aircraft appears to slides backward toward the ground.
The Sunday prerace show will also include driver interviews with some of the top stars in the NASCAR Cup Series.
All weekend, a kids’ zone will let the little ones play games, build LEGO race cars and ramps and more. Attendees can also look for the 6-foot-tall, 1,000-pound fiberglass-and-concrete statue featuring the likeness of NASCAR Hall of Fame driver Richard Petty’s iconic cowboy hat. The one-of-a-kind installation became a permanent display at Sonoma Raceway after its debut in 2024.
