One person is dead after a hit and run crash in Brampton early Saturday morning, said police.
Officers received a call around 3:47 a.m. for a crash between a motorcycle and vehicle near Bovaird Drive and Yellow Brick Road, said Peel police on social media.
Police and Peel paramedics said one person had been pronounced dead at the scene. That person had been identified as a motorcyclist by police earlier on social media.
The driver of the other vehicle in the crash failed to remain at the scene, police said.
