The entire stretch of the Finch West LRT (Line 6) has shut down due to a “communication issue,” the TTC says.
The transit agency sent out an alert on X Tuesday around 8:00 a.m., saying there was no service between Finch West and Humber College stations. It said shuttle buses were on the way.
In an update at around 9:30 a.m., the TTC said the line was still down. It also said shuttle buses would continue running while crews worked to resolve the problem.
There are 30 shuttle buses running as replacement service while the issue is being investigated, the transit agency said in an emailed response.
