With Canada Day on the horizon, Sault Ste. Marie-Algoma Member of Parliament Terry Sheehan has lawn signs available to help mark the occasion.
“Now more than ever, Canadians are stepping up and supporting our Canadian sovereignty, and I would like thank everyone for showing their strength,” Sheehan said in a release. “I encourage everyone to show their Canadian pride, take part in local events, and join us in celebrating our country and our communities.”
Anyone interested in a free lawn sign can pick one up at Sheehan’s constituency offices at 369 Queen Street East in Sault Ste. Marie or 289 Hillside Drive South in Elliot Lake.
Those in the Superior East region that are interested in one can pick them up at the Wawa Municipal Office (40 Broadway Avenue).
Quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis and limited to one per household.
