Baa-kery Barn will welcome customers from 10 am on Friday, July 3, promising delicious coffee, freshly made sandwiches, homemade savouries, and scrumptious sweet treats.
“We want to make one thing really clear – we’re not here to take over or push anyone out,” the bakery wrote in a Facebook post.
“There are already some fantastic establishments offering gluten-free options across the area, and we think that’s amazing.
“Our goal is simply to bring even more choice, create a safe and welcoming space for the coeliac and gluten-free community, and build a great working environment for our team too.”
