This Canada Day could be dangerously hot for people celebrating in the capital. Environment Canada has issued a heat warning for much of Ontario and southern Quebec. With the Parliament Buildings in the middle of a years-long renovation, the main festivities have been moved to LeBreton Flats where there’s little natural shade. The CBC’s Stu Mills reports.
