North Bay’s Drake Robitaille took home the championship at the Bill Morland Invitational that took place this weekend at the North Bay Golf and Country Club.
Robitaille fired a two-day even-par total of 144 (71-73), giving him a two-shot victory over North Bay’s Sam Barber, who finished +2.
Jim Zwolak, from Dundas, Ontario, finished three shots back at +3.
Last year’s winner Ryan Neil finished with a +6.
Robitaille also led the St. Joseph-Scollard Hall Bears golf team to an OFSAA birth after finishing first at the NOSSA golf championships at the North Bay Golf and Country Club last fall.
Robitaille has also competed on the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) and participated in the Canadian Junior Boys Championship.
