North China Buffet is up for sale.
Quinte News has learned the business is selling for $199,000.
The restaurant was closed last month by the health unit after an online video showed an individual taking items out of a dumpster and bringing them into the restaurant.
A second individual can then be seen coming out of the dumpster and entering the building.
The restaurant has since reopened.
The realty listing showcases the 7,500 square foot building at 300 Bell Boulevard, which is said to be a turnkey operation, with a willingness to train new owners.
