Asa Vermette is, undoubtedly, one of the next big stars of downhill racing. In his first elite World Cup appearance, he delivered a dominant win. Since then, he’s added podiums and solid results, along with a few big crashes.
For Sound of Speed, Red Bull strips away the commentary, the race theatrics and spectical. Nothing but tires, dirt, and skill. Well, skill and style. Vermette gets that Frameworks pretty far sideways. The location, Schladming’s notorious bike park trails, just adds to the hype. As does Canada’s Finn Iles on the POV commentary. What a duo.
