Three more games have appeared on Steam’s ‘Great on Frame’ page, joining the likes of first-party Valve titles such as Portal 2, The Lab, and Aperture Hand Lab. Anyone who owns a Steam Deck will be familiar with the ‘Great on Deck’ page that greets you once you boot up the system in gaming mode, so this is the same concept for the Frame – it’s a spot for Verified games.

There’s still no official release date for Valve’s new VR headset, the Steam Frame, but everything seems to point towards a launch happening soon. Slots & Diapers, Underdogs, and Titan Isles are new titles on the Frame’s curated page since we last checked. Interestingly, Slots & Diapers isn’t a VR title at all (much like Portal 2), but it bolsters support for 2D games.

You can check out the Great on Frame page on the Steam store here. We can expect the list to continue growing as we edge closer to the Steam Frame release. Though no specific date has been revealed, Valve did officially reveal that it’s coming this summer – so we may just be weeks away… or it could arrive tomorrow; who knows. So, Portal 2 and Slots & Diapers are the two games that aren’t VR-only on this list. It’s worth pointing out that the latter was recently Steam Deck Verified, which goes to show it works well on SteamOS – the same operating system used by the Steam Frame. Likewise, it is verified for Valve’s new Steam Machine, which was released last month.

Valve explained Steam Frame Verified requirements last month ahead of the Steam Machine launch, detailing a 72 FPS minimum for standalone VR games and support for at least 1728 x 1728 resolution – below the headset’s native 2160 x 2160 (per eye) standard. Since then, a revision has been made to ensure 2D games don’t have to follow this square res standard.
